Alain H. Dawson joined our team in 2005 with responsibilities for compiling 360-degree feedback and preparing psychological assessment reports. Previously, she assisted Leslie in analyzing the data collected between 1991 and 1994 in the research conducted at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Alain has a B.A. in English literature from Mount Holyoke College (1989).
