In addition to mentoring first time CEOs, he brings his operating experience as a senior executive in multinational corporations to all executives he coaches. His empathy is uncanny, giving him a unique ability to grasp all sides of an issue, without jumping to conclusions or taking over. These qualities allow him to cut through facades to focus on helping executives where they most need coaching. This skill is particularly helpful when executives find it hard to admit weaknesses, to themselves or superiors. His coaching is high-impact and brings both quick and lasting results.
